Project Introduction :
KAFA, a modern quick-service restaurant inspired by Mediterranean and Turkish street food, partnered with Pluralis Digital to bring its brand vision to life. The name KAFA, derived from the Turkish word meaning “sufficient,” represents the brand’s philosophy of serving hearty, satisfying meals while fostering community through good food and good intent.
From concept creation to brand launch, Pluralis Digital led the complete brand development and marketing journey, including branding, logo and brand guide, restaurant design consultation, content creation, menu development, photography, videography, and social media strategy. The goal was to build KAFA not just as a dining destination, but as a purpose-driven food movement with a strong local identity and digital footprint.
Problem :
KAFA entered a competitive quick-service food market with a bold promise, to combine flavor, affordability, and social good. The challenge was to create a distinct brand identity and buzz-worthy digital presence in a saturated F&B landscape while communicating the brand’s mission of feeding those in need and engaging a socially conscious audience.
Pluralis Digital was tasked with:
- Building a complete brand identity system from scratch.
- Designing the menu, packaging, and restaurant collateral aligned with the concept.
- Creating pre-launch hype through storytelling and influencer engagement.
- Developing and executing an integrated social media plan across Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Managing on-ground photography, launch coverage, and post-launch digital campaigns.

Brand Identity & Design:
From the name and logo to the complete brand guide, every element was designed to reflect KAFA’s soul, modern, earthy, and purpose-driven.
- Created a visual identity that balanced rustic warmth with bold, contemporary energy.
- Developed brand assets including stationery, packaging, signage, menus, thank-you cards, and uniforms.
- Finalized an aesthetic color palette… Timber Wolf, Army Green, Ferrari Yellow, Pumpkin Spice, and White, evoking freshness and authenticity.
- Crafted the brand story and tagline.. “Where Every Bite Tells a Story”, to anchor all communications.
Content Creation & Photography:
Our creative team conducted extensive on-location shoots at KAFA’s Belapur outlet before and after launch.
- Food photography and styling for menu cards and digital platforms.
- Interior and ambience shoot to showcase the restaurant’s industrial-modern aesthetic.
- Behind-the-scenes and team portraits to humanize the brand story.
- Created a complete content library for social media, ads, and in-store displays.
Pre-Launch Campaign:
To build curiosity and anticipation, we rolled out a strategic teaser campaign featuring:
- Sneak peeks of interiors, dishes, and the logo reveal.
- Behind-the-scenes videos highlighting the journey and values.
- Countdown creatives and “Meet the Team” introductions.
- Pre-launch walk-in trials for audience feedback and community buzz.
Launch & Social Media Strategy:
Post-launch, the focus shifted to audience engagement and hyperlocal marketing.
- Created a comprehensive content calendar including reels, carousels, contests, and community posts.
- Designed Google My Business SEO and localized ad campaigns targeting the 3km radius around CBD Belapur.
- Collaborated with local influencers and food pages such as NaviMumbaiFoodie, WhatshotNaviMumbai, HungryBuds, and Two Foodie Engineers for authentic promotions.
- Built a purpose-driven content narrative around KAFA’s “Feed the Hungry” initiative, connecting the brand to social impact.
Digital Ad & Analytics Framework:
- Structured ad campaigns on Meta and Google, balancing visibility and conversion.
- Estimated reach: 30,000–40,000 monthly impressions via Meta Ads.
- Consistent reporting and content optimization for better ROI and engagement.
