From Launch to Digital Growth: Building a Multi-Platform Media Brand

FACE2FACE is a conversation-led media platform featuring entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and distinctive voices discussing business, finance, culture, and ideas that matter.
Pluralis Digital partnered with FACE2FACE from the launch of its digital channels, building its online presence and establishing a structured content ecosystem around its podcast episodes.
From content strategy and social media management to production coordination, video review, and multi-platform distribution, our role extended beyond publishing. We worked closely with the FACE2FACE team and its video production partners to coordinate content, maintain quality standards, and support a consistent publishing schedule.

The Challenge
Launching a new media platform requires more than publishing its first episode. It requires a recognisable identity, a consistent content strategy, and a reliable workflow connecting production, approvals, and publishing.
FACE2FACE needed to establish its digital presence from the ground up while building familiarity with its host, guests, and conversations.
Each long-form episode also presented an opportunity to create multiple content assets for different platforms. Making this work required structured planning, timely coordination with production teams, consistent creative direction, and an organised distribution process.
The challenge was to bring all these elements together into one cohesive digital presence.
Our Solution
Pluralis Digital worked alongside FACE2FACE from launch to establish and manage its digital content ecosystem.
01. Digital Brand Launch & Positioning
Helped establish FACE2FACE’s digital presence and develop a consistent editorial direction across its channels. The focus was on presenting the platform as a premium conversation-led media brand rather than a generic podcast page.
02. Social Media Strategy & Management
Planned and managed social media content across relevant platforms, coordinating publishing schedules and maintaining consistency across posts, stories, Reels, carousels, and promotional creatives.
03. Podcast-Led Content Strategy
Built a content approach around the platform’s long-form conversations, identifying opportunities to repurpose episode insights into short-form videos, quote-led posts, carousels, and promotional assets.
04. Production Team Coordination & Timeline Management
Coordinated with FACE2FACE’s YouTube video production teams to align content requirements, delivery schedules, and publishing timelines. This helped streamline communication between video production and social media execution, supporting a smoother and more consistent publishing workflow.
05. Long-Form Video Review & Quality Control
Reviewed main podcast video drafts and shared structured feedback and revision requests with the production teams. The review process focused on improving the final viewing experience, addressing editing issues, and aligning the episodes with FACE2FACE’s content and publishing standards.
06. Reels, Shorts & Promotional Content
Coordinated the creation and distribution of episode teasers, short-form videos, static posts, and carousels to extend the value of each conversation and create more opportunities for audience discovery.
07. Multi-Platform Distribution
Supported content distribution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, alongside podcast episode distribution on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Content was adapted to suit the format and purpose of each platform.
08. Creative Direction & Visual Consistency
Maintained a cohesive visual direction across episode covers, Reel covers, thumbnails, and social media creatives, with attention to typography, composition, colour consistency, and premium editorial presentation.
09. Content Planning & Performance Reporting
Supported content calendar management, publishing coordination, and performance reporting to track delivery and identify opportunities to improve the content strategy.
The Outcome
From launch, FACE2FACE developed a structured content presence across social media, video, and podcast distribution platforms, supported by an ongoing content planning and publishing workflow.
Beyond content publishing, the engagement included coordination with video production teams, review of long-form episode drafts, feedback management, and alignment of production timelines with the social media calendar.
This helped connect the different stages of content execution — from episode production and review to short-form content preparation and multi-platform publishing.
Conclusion
Pluralis Digital’s engagement with FACE2FACE began at launch, supporting the platform as it established its digital identity, content strategy, and multi-platform publishing presence.
By combining social media management with production coordination, content repurposing, quality control, and distribution, we helped create a structured system for presenting and promoting the platform’s conversations.
The project reflects our approach to building content-led brands: establish the foundation, create a consistent content system, and connect every platform through a cohesive brand experience.
