- Pluralis Digital fails to deliver agreed-upon work due to internal reasons.
- There are technical errors or payment processing failures.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Services have already been initiated or delivered.
- Changes in client requirements occur after the project begins.
- Delays are caused by client-side factors, such as lack of communication or missing approvals.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope is requested.
3. Partial Refunds
- If a project is partially completed and canceled, a prorated refund may be issued based on work done.
- The final refund amount is at Pluralis Digital’s discretion.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of payment.
- Provide your name, contact details, transaction information, and the reason for the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Services may be canceled before the start date without penalties.
- Cancellation requests after project commencement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Services already rendered are non-refundable.
- Third-party fees, such as payment gateway charges, are non-refundable.
